Building permits for proposed outdoor living structures, like pools, decks and retaining walls, are being issued without fee by the Town of Huntington until September 1st, 2020.
This encourages homeowners to make plans for getting outside to enjoy their yards after being cooped up during the quarantine. It feeds the hopefulness that we all so desperately need right now.
Designers, Expeditors and Contractors can all get new work lined up with this new incentive by the Town of Huntington. Hoping that other municipalities on Long Island follow in this trend!
